Court Remands Prof. Balunywa to Luzira Over Abuse of Office Charges
Prof. Waswa Balunywa, the former Principal of Makerere University Business School (MUBS), has been remanded to Luzira Prison following charges of abuse of office brought against him by the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP). The charges stem from alleged irregular staff recruitment during his tenure as principal in March 2023.
