Museveni Appoints Dr. Flavian Zeija as Chief Justice
President Yoweri Museveni has appointed Dr. Flavian Zeija as Uganda’s new Chief Justice, succeeding Justice Alfonse Owiny-Dollo, who has retired upon reaching the mandatory retirement age.
