Brig.Gen. Rwashande Defeats Ssekikubo as bigwigs sail through NRM Primaries
Brigadier General (Rtd) Emmanuel Rwashande has defeated long-serving Member of Parliament Theodore Ssekikubo to become the National Resistance Movement (NRM) flag bearer for the hotly contested Lwemiyaga County seat.
