Former IGP John Cossy Odomel Passes Away
Former Inspector General of Police (IGP) John Cossy Odomel has passed away, Inspector General of Police Abas Byakagaba has confirmed. He peacefully passed away on the morning of Tuesday 18th February 2025, in India. Odomel, who served as IGP from 1992 to 1999, joined the Uganda Police Force in 1980
