Kampala Woman Member of Parliament, Shamim Malende, has been transferred to Kenya for specialized medical care following a continued deterioration in her health. Malende had initially been receiving treatment at Nsambya Hospital in Kampala. However, doctors there recommended that she seek further medical attention at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya.
