Former Supreme Mufti Siliman Kasule Ndirangwa is dead
Former Supreme Mufti of the Kibuli-based Muslim faction in Uganda, Sheikh Siliman Kasule Ndirangwa, has passed away, Daily Star can reliably report. In April 2021, Ndirangwa has stepped down from his role with immediate effect. In a brief statement, he attributed his resignation to internal conflicts within the Kibuli leadership.
