Retired Police Officer Sam Omala Passes Away
Retired Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Sam Omala has passed away due to cancer-related complications. He had been receiving treatment at Mulago Hospital in Uganda and at an undisclosed hospital in Nairobi, Kenya. Omala, who served as the Kampala North Police Operations Commander, retired from the police force in 2020
