President Yoweri Museveni has appointed Mr. Richard Byarugaba, the former Managing Director of the National Social Security Fund (NSSF), and Mr. Moses Sabiti, the former Country Director for Trademark Africa in Uganda and South Sudan, as Senior Presidential Advisors in the Exports and Industry Advisory Secretariat.
