The National Unity Platform (NUP) has endorsed city lawyer Erias Luyimbazi Nalukoola as its flag bearer for the Kawempe North by-election. The party said in a statement.
“Our Election Management Committee (EMC) has today announced Elias Nalukoola as our official flag bearer for Kawempe North by-election. We congratulate him upon this victory and in the same spirit appreciate all the candidates who were part of the process and we call on them to embrace the victor candidate and work in unison to reclaim our seat,” the party said.
the Party applauded the EMC for the great work done in ensuring transparency, objectivity and integrity while conducting this process. All roads now lead to Kawempe North. The red revolutionary troops are coming to hit the ground.
