At least one person has been shot dead at a political rally organized by Lwemiyaga County Member of Parliament, Theodore Ssekikubo, Daily Star has learned.
The victim has been identified as 25-year-old Sembusi Alex, according to sources familiar with the incident.
Details surrounding the shooting remain unclear, and authorities are yet to issue an official statement.\
