Uganda Baati Limited has confirmed its participation in the 31st Uganda International Trade Fair, set to take place from October 2 to 12, 2025, at the UMA Show Grounds in Lugogo.
Organized by the Uganda Manufacturers Association (UMA), the trade fair is one of the country’s largest exhibitions, attracting over 1,500 exhibitors annually. This year’s event will run under the theme: “Sustainable Industrialization for Inclusive Growth, Employment, and Wealth Creation.”
Uganda Baati will leverage this platform to showcase not only its innovative roofing and construction products, but also its broader commitment to providing sustainable building solutions for Ugandan families, communities, and businesses.
Visitors to the Uganda Baati booth will get a firsthand look at a wide range of roofing profiles, including Lifestile, Orientile, Romantile, Versatile, Covermax, Resincot, and Dumuzas. Essential roofing accessories such as nails, ridges, and valleys will also be on display. Additionally, the company will highlight its engineered solutions: SAFBUILD, ULTRASPAN, and SAFCOOL.
Speaking ahead of the fair, Jackie Tahakaniza, Head of External and Corporate Affairs at Uganda Baati, emphasized the importance of engaging directly with customers at such events.
“The Uganda International Trade Fair allows us to bring Uganda Baati’s solutions to life. Our goal is for every visitor to leave our booth not just impressed by our products, but also equipped with the knowledge, confidence, and practical insights to make informed, long-term building decisions,” she said.
One of the key attractions at the Uganda Baati booth will be expert advisory sessions. Engineers, sales professionals, and technical specialists will be on hand to offer personalized guidance—whether for homeowners embarking on new builds or contractors managing large-scale projects.
To make the experience more interactive, Uganda Baati will also host a “Lucky Q&A Hour” at select times each day. Walk-in visitors who participate will stand a chance to win branded merchandise while gaining a deeper understanding of the company’s product range. Beyond the fun, this initiative aims to empower customers with practical knowledge for smarter building choices.
Uganda Baati’s participation in the trade fair underscores its commitment to raising brand awareness, strengthening market leadership, and empowering communities through durable, innovative, and sustainable building solutions.
