Step 1: Complete the Online Application Form

Required documents for international undergraduate applicants include:
A copy of a diploma certificate (if applicable)
A certificate certified by the National Council for Higher Education (NCHE)
A copy of an equated certificate (if applicable) from NCHE
A copy of an equated secondary certificate from UNEB
A valid form of identification (national ID, passport, or birth certificate)
Step 2: Pay the Application Fee
After submitting your application form, you will receive a mobile payment prompt. The application fee is Shs 50,000 for Ugandan applicants and Shs 60,000 for international students. Ensure prompt payment to proceed to the next stage.
Step 3: Application Review
The admissions team will begin reviewing your application only after the application fee has been received. They will verify all documents to ensure they meet the necessary requirements.
Step 4: Further Instructions
If your application meets the initial requirements, you may be required to:
Pay an admission fee (Shs 200,000 for Ugandan applicants, Shs 235,000 for international applicants)
Submit any missing or incomplete documents as requested
