Superintendent of Police Racheal Kawala has been appointed as the new Public Relations Officer for the Kampala Metropolitan Police.
She succeeds SP Patrick Onyango, who was recently transferred to the office of the Chief Political Commissariat.
Kawala who has been serving as the spokesperson for Wamala Regional police was replaced by Lameck Kigozi.
