Ride hailing company Little has reaffirmed its commitment to providing reliable, convenient and accessible transport services as Uganda’s mobility needs continue to grow and evolve.
The company says its focus is on making everyday journeys easier for people who depend on reliable transport to get to work, attend meetings, travel to the airport or move around the city.
Little says its long-term commitment to Uganda is centred on convenience, reliability and safety for riders, while also creating opportunities for its driver-partners.
“With a busy schedule, having a transport service I can depend on makes a real difference,” said Monica, a Little rider in Kampala.
“Whether I am heading to work, attending an important meeting or running errands around the city, I value the peace of mind that comes with knowing I can rely on Little. It has become a convenient and dependable part of how I move around Kampala.”
The company says mobility goes beyond simply transporting people from one point to another, arguing that dependable transport enables people to plan their daily activities with greater confidence.
“Mobility is not simply about getting from one point to another. It is about giving people the confidence to plan their day knowing they have access to transport they can depend on,” said Casper Njoga, the Country Manager of Little Uganda.
“That is what we are building with Little. We are committed to Uganda and to creating a mobility experience that works for both riders and driver-partners. We are here to serve the market, understand what our customers need and keep improving the experience.”
Better opportunities for drivers
Little’s commitment also extends to its driver-partners, with the company highlighting its commission rates and access to earnings as part of its effort to create a more supportive transport ecosystem.
The company says better conditions for driver-partners can contribute to improved experiences for customers, who interact with drivers during every journey.
“Little has given us more opportunities to earn while giving us flexibility and faster access to our earnings. We have a very good relationship with Little, and that allows us to offer exemplary services to our clients,” said Joseph, a Little driver-partner in Uganda.
“For customers who value a smooth experience and good interaction with drivers, Little is your go-to ride app.”
As Little expands its footprint in Uganda, the company says it will continue investing in platform accessibility, service quality and strategic partnerships aimed at making everyday movement simpler and more dependable.
“Ugandans deserve a mobility service they can count on every day. That is the commitment we are making. Little is here, we are listening to our customers and driver-partners, and we are continuing to invest in making mobility better for Uganda,” Njoga said.
