An unidentified masked gunman shot dead former New Vision journalist Joe Nam at his home in Nabweru in the early hours of last night. The attack occurred at around 1:00 am, according to preliminary reports.
The assailant reportedly fled the scene immediately after the shooting, and no arrests had been made by the time of filing this report.
Authorities are yet to release further details as investigations into the incident continue.
