Presidential Advisor on Special Duties and National Resistance Movement (NRM) chairperson for Kayunga District, Moses Karangwa Kalisa, has died following a road accident.
His death was confirmed by the Minister for the Presidency, Milly Babalanda, who described the incident as a tragic loss.
“It is with deep sorrow that I announce the passing of the Senior Presidential Advisor and Chairperson of NRM Kayunga District, Moses Karangwa Kalisa, following a tragic accident,” Babalanda said.
She described Kalisa as a committed and loyal member of the ruling National Resistance Movement, noting that his contribution to the party will be remembered.
