Political analyst Charles Rwomushana has been arrested, the Daily Star has learned.
Rwomushana was picked up while appearing on Radio Simba’s weekly political programme, Gasimbagane ne ba Namawulire, hosted by veteran journalist Peter Kibazo.
According to sources, Rwomushana was taken away by armed men dressed in civilian attire.
The circumstances surrounding his arrest remain unclear.
